The Kali flows past Karwar, about 9 km south of the Goa border. Near Camp Riveredge at Hankon it turns calm and serene, with mangrove forests - ideal for canoeing, kayaking and tubing. With state-of-the-art equipment imported from the USA, we have over 20 kayaks and 10 canoes, and river trips that last an hour or the whole day, for every experience level. Watch for hornbills, kingfishers, egrets, peacocks, and occasionally river otters and deer. Always wear a life jacket.
